Features

Audiolense is a complete software solution for generation of correction filters. It comes with a measurement module and a target designer module. The XO version also has a filter procedure designer module. You have firsthand control of the following features.

  o  State of the art room correction.

          o  Several digital filters may be generated for usage in a batch job.

          o  Highly adjustable to personal preferences (XO version only).

o  Easy to use graphical user interface that visualizes the filter generation process.

o  Customized target curves. An easy-to-use Target Editor is provided.

o  Bass management (not in the 2.0 version). In setups with mixed sized speakers and/or separate sub woofer(s) you can reroute the bass from speaker X to any of the other speakers or subwoofers.

o  Channel routing for playback of stereo and 5.1. You can specify your own formats as well.

o  Microphone calibration is supported. A sample mic cal file is found under the resources folder.

o  Interactive filter generation that visualizes the correction. Very practical for tweaking and optimizing

o  Batch filter generator - where several sets of filters may be generated in one run. Very practical for the trained user that needs a quick update of the filter library - or wants to compare a number of filter configurations.

o  Linear phase and minimum phase digital XO (Surround and XO version).

o  2.0 Version comes with a 2.0 setup.

o  Surround version comes wit a 2.0 - 7.2 setup.

o  XO Version has a number of optimizing features:

          o  Full support for active systems with digital XO and customizable correction procedures:

          o  Selection between full, partial or no room correction on a per speaker driver basis.

          o  Minimum phase correction or group delay correction.

          o  Filter lengths

          o  Customized frequency dependant window settings

          o  Optional frequency domain smoothing
